Is it possible to end my demo without buying?
You are not obligated to purchase the product after the 30 days free trial are over.
Are there certain functionalities not included in the price?
The pricing of Deskflow is kept easy with reason. The price is not modular, nor are there hidden costs. The price per month is the only cost for all functionalities that exist today but also for the ones in the future!
Where can I submit questions and does this cost extra?
We are available via telephone on +32 3 290 34 80 or via e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org. Every weekday between 9AM and 17PM. Every question will be answered within 1 business day and no extra costs will be charged.

Are there trainings foreseen when starting with the software?
Within the interface there is a wizard included to get you started quickly. We also organise webinars on a regular base with explanation and questions. If necessary we can give trainings on premise (extra charging service).
Which payment methods are available to purchase Deskflow?
The most comon payment means are available: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and KBC/CBC payment buttons.
Can I be charged monthly instead of yearly?
At this moment we charge for a year in advance. We are planning to change this to monthly real soon.
Can I get my data out of Deskflow?
Yes, every module in Deskflow provides the function to export information. This way you always have your information/data at disposal.
